The Royal Albert Hall is less than a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a taxi from the hotel via Cromwell Road and Queen’s Gate.

Best known for holding the Proms annually since 1941, the Hall was opened by Queen Victoria in 1871 and hosts more than 390 shows a year: classical, rock and pop concerts, ballet, opera, film with live orchestra, sports and award ceremonies.

Tours, bars and restaurants

Guided tours run throughout the year, and bars and restaurants on every level open to ticket holders 2 hours before concerts. The Box Office opens daily from 9am at door 12.
